Re: Annexation for the northwest corner of Cactus Road and Cotton.
I find this process confusing, an annexation hearing in the City Council Meeting held on May !3, 2010 under use: The subject property is currently zoned R-43 through Maricopa County. If annexed the property will be zoned RR (RuralRanch) according to the Surprise Uniform Development Code.
There was no action taken by the Council, for some reason it was taken back to the P&Z, now you have a completly different agenda for the Council in their meeting ofJune 24th.
Is the blank petition filed with the Maricopa County Recorder’s office dated April 22, 2010 still valid?
