Unfortunately for the average citizen, we do not have the perspective to pass judgment on the firing of the city manager. We will only be able to draw our conclusions from what comes next. If the public does not see positive results in a rather short amount of time, the perception will not be favorable.
My responce
unfortunately if we the citizens of Surprise, AZ cannot make a judgment on the firing of our City Manager, I would have to presume that Mayor Lyn Truitt and Council, instead of giving us the transparency which they keep implying, has kept us in the dark. This is the same Mayor who wanted us to vote, giving him a blank check of approx. $300Million.
