Is this the direction that the Council of Surprise, Arizona is going in developing villages in Surprise?
The City of Surprise will host a final meeting on November 19, to encourage property owners in Sierra Montana- Parcel 14 to apply for a Streetlight Improvement District (SLID), or face power loss of the neighborhood street lights, starting December 7.
