Mayor Truitt, is it possible that the Bond issue passed and people would not want to buy these empty homes because of the tax levied against them?
This is happening where sub-division were built with community development bonds and the property tax’s are 3 times higher then you would generally pay.
Will there come a time that Mayor Truitt and his Council will tell us their thoughts on passing the GOBonds.
