No Bonds
In hard times you have to lay back and do without, no one from our elected officials to staff is saying how we are going to trim our 2010 budget. For the last 10 years we have been using what I call the Madoff scheme, others would call it smoking mirrors.
It is my believe that the city has to sell the bonds so that our incoming revenues will all go into the General Fund.
When I was on the Council, I wanted to know our income versus expenses, was told that the city could not show a profit.
I depend on good management, not on the come, God bless America.
