Another productive partnership between the City, Dysart School District, Rio Salado College and the business community brought a Youth Leadership Summit to Willow Canyon High School this morning. Initiated by Councilman Williams, this opportunity for our high school youth will expose them to new ideas and give them a better understanding of the challenges that we face as a community.
These youth are volunteering a part of their Saturdays throughout the school year for this program. It was great to see the unified effort of so many individuals that gave their time to ensure this kickoff was a success. My thanks to everyone involved.
