Surprise welcomes back Rangers and Royals at luncheon
SURPRISE, AZ (January 30, 2009) You are invited to join Mayor Lyn Truitt and the City of Surprise as we welcome back the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers for the 7th Season of Spring Training Baseball in Surprise at the Mayor’s Welcome Back Lunch.
The luncheon, sponsored by the Surprise Today and Daily News Sun, is Thursday, February 26, 11:30 a.m. at the Surprise Stadium. Tickets to this event are $30 for an individual and $240 for a table of eight and includes a game ticket for the 1:05 p.m. Rangers and Royals game immediately following the lunch.
Tickets are available for purchase at the Surprise Stadium Box Office located at 15950 N. Bullard Avenue until February 18, 2009 for the Welcome Back Lunch.
