Stupidity in the purest form happens when the unqualified become our elected officials. Councilman Richard Alton hang in there.

If he spent city money buying and sending these cards it should be a double whammy.
Because you cannot spend city funds for your re-election.
We better wake up to the fact that because the City Attorney works for the members of the City Council of the City of Surprise. In the case of Councilman John Longabaugh election violation, so that that there is no appearance of conflict of interest it should be handled by the Attorney General.
Like our new President said in his speech today, we must have watching eye’s.
To answer your questions on another blog about the election of Joe Johnson as Vice-Mayor, I have been told that Joe Johnson was a member of the SOS that recalled me.

With that said, it would be understandable that Mayor Lyn Truitt would want him as Vice-Mayor.
