Repaving Bell Rd
Bell Road, it doesn’t make sense to use different asphalt on the same street, as the maintenance process is different.
Reconstruction of the westbound lanes of Bell Rd from Parkview to just east of the Loop 303 using rubberized asphalt.
Reconstruction of the eastbound lanes of Bell Rd from Parview to Grand, using standard asphalt concrete.
