Subject: Marley ParkMorning John
Have you done any research on the operation of the city owned park in Marley Park, such as the money in the budget for this park (I believe it was approx. $2M) that I was assured was not going to be used if the City let Marley Park form an improvement district? There might be times that the Council does not verify that their intent was followed through. We should be able to use it so it’s beneficial to all residents of Surprise.

Never have recieved an answer from Mr. Wiiiams on this question nor how many acres Surprise owns in Marley Park.
