“Valley Vista H.S. Culinary Arts Club Caters to the Surprise HOA Academy”
On Tuesday, September 9, five students from the Valley Vista H.S. Culinary Arts Club led by their professional chef/teacher, Geri Piper, catered the first session of the Surprise HOA Academy. The students cooked a delicious meal, set the tables, served the dinner and cleared the tables. Participants feasted upon salad, lasagna and peanut butter pie with ganache. All diners offered rave reviews and contributed to the successful first class meeting.
