 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), the City Council may go into executive session with the City Attorney for legal advice on any item listed on the agenda. Discussion and consultation with designated representatives of the city in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations with employee organizations (A.R.S. §38-431.03 (A)(5)).

Discussion and consideration of matters regarding the City Manager position. (A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1)).

Background: A three member committee consisting of Mayor Truitt, Council Members Johnson and Villanueva was formed to discuss a process and options regarding the City Manager position.
