To explain how we work to get the meeting on the internet as soon as possible.
The City of Surprise does the best they can to have the DVD ready for me on Friday. I then have to format the DVD for Google which takes about 2 days, so if all goes well it should be on the web site by Sunday afternoon.
We should have the planning and zoning meetings on soon, they will also have the archives available for reference’s.
